I am Yash ( Yashodhan)  

I grew up in Bangalore,  moved to the US to pursue my Masters, ended up working there until I decided to quit my job and move back at the end of last year. I enjoy doing outdoor things and had a very active lifestyle. Fitness took a backseat in the process of  moving, settling in, new work and a new routine. Just when things were beginning to look good, a new gym membership and a fitness routine the lockdown would have thrown everything off track. That’s when I started looking for options online that’s how I ended up discovering your classes.

I used to occasionally attend yoga classes at the gym

And i was struggling with tight quads and hamstrings, struggled with general flexibility.

I was somewhat sceptical when I joined / tried out the classes for the first time. 

But I liked your style of teaching and your approach 

I saw multiple benefits. My core was pretty weak, used to struggle with pushups, couldn’t hold planks for more than 30 seconds.
