Shani is a Yoga and Wellness coach, advanced pranayama teacher, and a certified yoga therapist. Once an architect, she gracefully transitioned her life’s purpose to yoga and with her profound knowledge and expertise, she leads transformative classes that blend ancient practices with modern techniques.

For her, Yoga is a journey to SELF and through her online classes, workshops, and soul-enriching retreats, Shani inspires and empowers seekers around the world, helping them uncover their inner potential and achieve profound well-being amidst life’s chaos.

Life Events

At 24, completed her degree in Architecture, and started to work for the Government of India.

At 28, Opened her design studio, Elementa Designs, in Gurgaon with her husband as partner. Late nights, hectic routine and deadlines started to take a toll and she started practising simple ‘Office Yoga’ from a mobile app.

At 30, she decided to delve deeper into the practice and completed her first certificate course in Yoga. Then on she started taking classes few sessions for friends and family

At 33, she decided to dedicate her life to practising and teaching yogic lifestyle. This was one of the biggest turning points of her life, going against all social norms when a profession like architecture where she had spent 15 years of life, decided to leave that to pursue her true calling.
