I have been practising yoga with Shani for the past 4 months intermittently given my work schedule. Shani is THE BEST teacher to teach yoga. Her gentle and soothing voice provides mental calmness which is a very important aspect for anyone practicing Yoga. She explains the asanas in detail, makes you aware of your body and engages your core in a way that you don’t even feel like you are working out. I have had the opportunity to try to learn yoga from someone locally, however, every time I tried to attend a session, I could not help making comparisons with Shani’s way of teaching, given which, I again want to get back to being Shani’s student – this time, for life! Thank you, Shani, for being the best mentor and mental stability nurturer. You bring out the best in your students and for that – we are forever grateful. Love being her student.
