Prana is the force behind everything that moves…our hands, legs, beating of heart, movement of breath, movement of thoughts, etc.
Which means when the mind is not balanced, that is because there is imbalance in pranic body.
The purpose of Pran- Ayan is to control/ elongate Prana.

➡️Dullness is a sign of low pranic force and ✅invigorating Pranayam like Ujjayi can be helpful.
➡️Restlessness is a sign of overtly active mind, and ✅tranquilising Pranayam like Brahmari can be useful!

❗️Not only in meditation-
✅When you feel dull, sad try practicing Ujjayi for instance upliftment in mood! 😃
✅When you feel angry, restless, irritated, try practicing Brahmari for instant calming effect. 🧘

Everything in Cosmos is made of 5 elements-
These 5 elements, or ‘Panch Maha Bhuta’ are:
🌍 Earth, 💧 Water, 🔥 Fire, 💨 Air, 🌌Space.
In Nature it may mean- earth-soil, water- liquids, fire-heat, air and space.
In our PHYSIACL BODY-
🌍 Earth - corresponds to everything solid- skin, bones, muscles, etc
💧 Water- fluids like blood, plasma, sweat, etc
🔥 Fire- temperature of body, digestive power of enzymes,etc
💨 Air- movement of joints, beating of heart, etc
🌌Space- Empty spaces, cavities, passages which allow rest of the elements to exist.
BUT,
The yogic philosophy goes beyond physical.
For example
EARTH- is stable. Bones & muscles give structure, but mental stability is also due to earth element. Which means,
Lack in Earth Element - cause restlessness, anxiety, anxiousness, unstable mind, etc.
Too much Earth Element- lethargy, unwillingness, etc.
Both are imbalances.
Like this, all tattvas effect us
✅physiologically
✅psychologically,
✅energetically, and
✅emotionally.
An imbalance in our natural states—in our elements—results in disturbance in the body creating disease as well!
.
These imbalances can be removed by CONNECTING WITH NATURE & YOGIC PRACTICES balancing the Panch Maha Bhuta, harmony & balance in the physical, vital, mental, psychological, spiritual aspects of human beings can be achieved.
